Our first meeting is a time to start to get to know each other, explore a little about what brings you to therapy and what it means to work in this way together.  We have a chance to decide if it’s the right direction for you and if I am the right person for you to be working with.


Its important that you feel comfortable with me and how I work, everything you say to me is confidential, for the initial session and on-going.  We can talk about anything you want to, it’s your space and time.


If we then decide to work together a time and day that works best for us both is chosen to become our weekly session. This will be your time with me for as long as we journey together, and it will be held for you every week.  The sessions will include regular check-ins on how you feel we are doing.


My fees are £50 per session, all sessions are 60 mins and payment is via bank transfer or cash/ cheque and I do charge for any missed sessions or late cancellations.
