Sometimes in life we find ourselves caught; in a relationship that isn’t going anywhere, in a job that feels like its lost its meaning, ultimately in a life where we are just going through the motions.  We are trapped reliving cycles that keep us where we are and not where we want to be.

In that moment we can find ourselves overwhelmed by the despair of how to do things differently to bring real change.  We are often left feeling anxious and unheard, a lonely, frustrating and upsetting time with seemingly no-one around us who gets what we are going through.
